Synapse Energy Solutions specialises in electrical engineering, renewable energy and power systems. Based in South Devon, we serve projects across the UK.
Meet the founder
Thomas Howe.
Qualified electrician. Renewables specialist. Experienced technical lead.
Thomas brings around 35 years of electrical experience, including more than 15 years working with renewable energy systems. His background includes working as a Technical Director, alongside practical involvement in the design, installation and commissioning of power systems.
He founded Synapse Energy Solutions to provide independent electrical engineering with direct technical involvement. Based in South Devon and supporting projects across the UK, SES works with homeowners, businesses and other installers on off-grid, backup and bespoke power systems.
Deep experience with Victron Energy systems.
Victron is a particular area of expertise. Thomas has extensive experience working with Victron-based power systems and has trained other installers on their use. That experience informs how SES approaches system design, integration, commissioning and technical support.
Equipment recommendations remain independent and are shaped around the needs of each project.
